With funding support from the Indiana Housing and Community Development Authority, your host site executed an agreement with Indiana Bar Foundation through January 2024. In the 4th quarter of 2023, your site must notify the Foundation of its plan to renew this agreement (the useful life of your kiosk is estimated at 5 years or more). Review your Memorandum of Agreement for specific terms. Here is a quick reminder of the responsibilities:

Public access – free, safe, public access by wheelchair at least 30 hours per week |
Delivery and Installation of Kiosk – goal is to install 120 kiosks by 3/31/2023 |
Technology capacity – power, internet, space |

Designated point person – for communications with the Foundation to supplement embedded software reporting |
Remote updates to software – kiosk software allows the Foundation to update remotely |
Cleaning and basic maintenance - wiping with soft cloth, replacing paper and ink as needed, ensuring kiosk is free of debris |
Paper and required supplies during the grant term |
Signage and recognition – maintain the Foundation-provided signage throughout project |
